Commercial Declaration Processing

Step 1: Assessment
  • Broker prepares and assess Detailed Declaration using ASYCUDA World
  • Print 1 copy of the Declaration
  • Print 1 copy of Assessment Notice
Step 2: Payment
  • Broker proceeds to cashier for payment and
  • Submits all above 1 copy of the Declaration and 1 copy of the Assessment Notice as well as additional/attached documents
    (invoices, certificates of origin, Bureau of Standards documents, etc.)
  • Cashier returns receipt and assessment to Importer/Broker
  • Cashier submits all other documents to lodgment officer and directs payer to lodgement officer
Step 3: Lodgement Officer
  • Lodgement Officer verifies physical documents against ASYCUDA World attach documents
  • Stamp all documents received and return stamped assessment notice to Importer/Broker
Step 4: Release Order (Selectivity)
  • Broker request selectivity (release order)
  • If Blue / Green, see chief examiner for release order
  • If Yellow, only documentary check will be executed, officer will inform declarant via email when release order is ready
  • If Red, Importer/Broker consignment will receive both documentary and physical check. Declarant will notified via email when consignment is ready to be examined.
  • Once satisfied officer will issue release order
